Search for Missing Japanese Climbers Sadly Ends

The search for the 2 missing Japanese climbers, who were climbing the technically more challenging Cassin Ridge route, ended. The climbers disappeared somewhere between 19,000 ft and the summit. See http://www.adn.com/outdoors/story/421263.html.

Just burned up my lunch hour catching up on your trip blog. Sorry to hear you had to bail. That blows. Great narration - got a good feeling of what you'd been through and just made me want to be there even more.
I'll be doing all my certifications here with CO Mtn School over the next year. Let me know if you make another bid. Hopefully I can make it happen next time. Nice Job!
